This site is operated by Vendinvest Slovakia s.r.o., registered office at Dlhá 166/10, 925 22 Veľké Úľany, Company ID 52 538 681, Tax ID 2121079939, VAT ID SK2121079939, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava, section Sro, file no. 45005/T.

These terms apply to everyone who opens the site. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The content of the site is for information. Model descriptions, technical specifications, examples of use and the expert texts are there to introduce our solutions and to prepare a technical conversation.

No part of the site is an offer to enter into a contract or a public promise. Only a written order confirmation or a signed contract is binding. Technical specifications and images are indicative, and the manufacturer reserves the right to change the design.

Photographs of the machines show particular versions, which may differ from the configuration offered in your case.

We deliberately publish no price lists. The price depends on the model, the configuration, the number of units, the scope of the software and the financing, that is on whether you buy or rent. We therefore prepare each price against the specific brief.

The savings calculator on this site is a modelling tool. It works with the values you enter and its output is an estimate, not an offer and not a commitment. Real savings depend on your own operation.

In the section Applications we publish expert guides that cite Slovak legislation, technical standards and reports from supervisory bodies. Each guide lists its sources and the wording we worked from.

These texts are for information and do not replace legal advice or an assessment of a particular site. Legislation changes and the wording quoted may no longer be current when you read it. Before you decide, check the wording in force and, if in doubt, consult a professional.

Foreign trade publications that the guides sometimes cite are not binding in Slovakia. We always say so where they appear.

The content of the site, including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, code and layout, is protected by copyright law and belongs to the operator or is used under licence.

Without our written consent you may not reproduce, distribute, alter or commercially exploit the content. What is allowed:

• viewing the site in a browser and printing it for your own use,
• quoting short passages with the source named and a link to the original page,
• linking to the site with an ordinary hyperlink.

Photographs bought from outside authors are subject to the provider's licence and may not be distributed away from this site. The Vendinvest name and logo identify the operator and may not be used without consent.

The site links to third party websites, in particular legal portals, standards catalogues, the sites of supervisory bodies and a mapping service. We do not operate those sites and have no influence over their content or over how they handle data.

A link does not mean that we endorse the content of the target page. We are not liable for loss arising from the use of third party content.

The forms on the site are for enquiries, quote requests and newsletter sign-ups. You undertake to give truthful details and not to use the forms to send unsolicited messages, to test security or to submit harmful content.

Sending a form creates no contractual relationship. It starts a conversation, and we normally reply within 24 hours on working days.

How we handle the data from the forms is described in Privacy policy.

We prepare the content with professional care and check the sources behind the expert texts. Even so, we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, accurate and current.

We are not liable for loss arising from a decision taken solely on the basis of the content of this site, without checking with a professional or assessing the particular site. Nor are we liable for loss caused by the site being unavailable, by an interrupted connection or by a third party interfering with its content.

This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded in advance under the law, in particular liability for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence and liability for personal injury.

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee it. Access may be limited during maintenance or updates, or if there is a fault at the hosting provider.

We reserve the right to change, add to or remove content at any time, including without prior notice.

These terms and all relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute.

The supervisory body for consumer protection is the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (soi.sk). For data protection the supervisory body is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, whose contact details we give in Privacy policy.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

We may change these terms, in particular if the scope of the content, the technologies used or the law changes. We will publish the new wording on this page together with the date it takes effect, and from that date it applies to further use of the site.
